I hear that some faithful Catholics think that CERN is the realization of Chapter 9 of the Apocalypse/ Revelation. Though I appreciate the concern with CERN, its use, its imagery and its potential dreadful consequences, I respectfully need to disagree with public opinion with it being the representation of Chapter 9 of Apocalypse/ Revelations. Regarding Chapter 9, I prefer to believe in what the Reverend Herman Bernard Kramer postulates in his book, The Book Of Destiny, pages 213-226. To wit, Fr. Kramer juxtaposes “a star which had fallen fromheaven to the earth, and was given to him the key to the bottomless pit….” as being the opposite of St. Peter who was given the keys to the kingdom of Heaven, thatis, an apostate cleric. This “star” was given the keys to the “bottomless pit” to unleash the hoard of evil spirits, that is, devils upon the earth. This star, in the opinion of a number of theologians is none other than Martin Luther. AsSt. Peter is the Vicar of Christ, Luther is the vicar of Satan. The description of the “locusts” are the leaders of the kingdoms on earth and apostate/ heretical clerics loyal to them who being influenced by Martin Luther and his legion of devils betrayed their Catholic faith and forced Protestantism on their constituents through laws (“the third part of men, by the fire, by the smoke, and by the sulpher issuing from their mouths…”) and punishment; taking property and torturing, even killing Catholics “power of the horses is in their mouth and in their tails; for their tails are like serpents, with heads, and by means of them they do harm….” Each monarch became the spiritual heads of the churches in their domains and plundered the Church. Their assumed jurisdiction in spiritual matters was usurpation; it was not pure gold. They pretended to prove the truth of Protestantism with false translations of Holy Scripture and heretical teachings conducted by their clergy. They even had so-called historians falsify history to arouse hatred against the Church. We know from history that the general population, led by theses evil leaders fell from the Faith with their immortal souls “stung” and therefore sick. Stung because they publicly declare their faithfulness to Christ, but in reality, have no true appreciation or understanding of what constitutes the Faith and how to enrich it. Their lives, once melded with Faith and temporal goals being united are now secularized or split where material goods and well-being competing with the objectives of the Faith, that is, The Eternal Prize. This is why they are “sick”. The description of the locusts are simply indications of their nature and behavior. They had teeth of lions to terrify lukewarm Catholics into submission. The tail of a scorpion is the symbol of lying, hypocrisy and false doctrine. The poisonous sting aptly represents sophistry, cunning, deceit and the false conclusions which propagators of heresy draw fromScripture and from the teachings of the Church. According to the Greek text, the locust is the authority to impose “injustice” on the victim. The face of a man represents reason and free will, how it is been corrupted and is now hell bent on evil. The “crowns like gold” are made of imitation gold denoting a twofold usurpation; the wearer arrogates to himself the authority to rule and tyrannize beyond their territorial and hereditary domains and subject people against their will, and they usurp spiritual jurisdiction as well. Note that this “torture” is claimed to be for “five months”. Martin Luther was born in 1483 and died in 1546. Is it possible that the “five months” represent centuries? If so, that means that this torture/ sickness may come to an end in the 21st Century. Given the condition of our beloved Church today, and the need for the Consecration of Russia (“it will be late”) one may wonder if this is not the true meaning of the declaration of duration of five months. It certainly seems plausible. Interesting that over the centuries how so-called “Christian denominations” have multiplied into tens of thousands and a majority of the descendants of these fallen souls have quit Protestantism, yet they have not returned to the Catholic Faith and instead have drifted into agnosticism, atheism, neo-paganism and Satanism?
