Is the Antichrist About To Arrive?

It has repeatedly come to my attention, that Catholics are wondering if the Antichrist is about to appear or is already present on the earth in the Middle East.

As a student of the study of the "End Times" as the Venerable Holzhauser calls these present times, I don't believe we are on the eve of the Antichrist. Personally, I agree with Desmond Birch's position in his terrific book, Trials, Tribulation and Triumph. To get to the “Period of Peace” promised by Our Lady of Fatima, we will pass through what Desmond calls the "Minor Chastisement" ("Major Chastisement" being the Antichrist). 

I thought it would be useful to understand what Scripture and Oral Tradition, credible theologians and key Catholic prophecies teach regarding the times before and during the Antichrist. Below is a list for your discernment.

• “Minor Chastisement” where the Church is attack from within and outside by secret societies with bad church leadership promoting heresies and schisms as foretold by the BVM and the Venerable Holzhauser to name a few.

  
  

• Worldwide conflagration (World War III), where Russia and its allies suddenly attack the West soon after civil war breaks out in France and Italy.

  
  

• False “antichrists” such as Maitreya or Archel de la Torres will appear as per Marie-Julie Jahenny, with the later, according to Catholic prophecies reigning with extreme terror in Italy for about a year and a halF

  
  

• Consecration of Russia to Mary’s Immaculate Heart unites Eastern and Western Churches with Russia being a leader in holy vocations proselytizing worldwide

  
  

• The worldwide Warning and the permanent Miracle occur

  
  

• The miraculous appearance of the Great Monarch, Henri V, and his two adjutants, the new “El Cid” and the new “Prince of Savoy”  

  
  

• The reestablishment of the Holy Roman Empire (worldwide)

  
  

• Three Days of Darkness with up to 3/4 of mankind dead

  
  

• St. Peter and Paul will appear and anoint/select a very holy Pope

  
  

• Reign of the Holy, Angelic Pope. It is prophecised that this Pope will perform miracles.

  
  

• Period of Peace promised by Our Lady of Fatima must occur

  
  

• With the exception of the Jews, the vast majority of mankind is united under the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church

  
  

• The possibility/ probability that St. John the Evangelist will return to Earth to help rally the Catholic Bishops to support the Angelic, Holy Pope. This is reinforced by his appearance wearing his episcopal vestments in Knock, Ireland with the Blessed Virgin Mary.

  
  

• The Greatest Church Council to complete mankind's understanding of Tradition/Revelation

  
  

• Recall St. John’s Gospel 21:25 – “But there are also many other things which Jesus did; which, if they were written every one, the world itself, I think, would not be able to contain the books that should be written.”  When St. John returns, he will help lead the Great Council to understand completely what Jesus taught the Apostles. It is believed he will be martyred by the Antichrist and return to Heaven.

  
  

• The establishment of 10 Kingdoms within the empire

  
  

• The Kingdom of Israel seeking a “Messiah” as worldly ruler is established again

  
  

• Construction is completed of the Third Temple of Jerusalem

  
  

• The Great Monarch or his successor lays down his crown and sceptre at Mt. Olivet and dies. This is the end of the Holy Roman Empire. The Antichrist begins his public ministry.

  
  

• The bloody heifer sacrifice is reinstituted inside the Third Temple. Keep in mind that this so-called sacrifice is invalid because all the “Priests” of the linage of Aaron were killed by the Roman army under Titus when the Romans entered Jerusalem and destroyed the Temple.

  
  

• The Holy Pope dies and the Seat of the Vicar of Christ is permanently empty, i.e. Sedavacant.

  
  

• The False Prophet arrives announcing the coming of the Antichrist

  
  

• The "falling away" or great apostasy across the entire Catholic Church ensues

  
  

• During the Reign of the Antichrist, St. John the Evangelist will be martyred by the Antichrist and Enoch and Elias will return to Earth. Ultimately the Antichrist will martyr Enoch and Elias. We must appreciate that even the BVM, like all creatures of God at some point must die and be resurrected and judged. Look at Mary's Assumption. The same applies to St. John (who never died), Enoch and Elias.

These things (and possibly more) have not occurred. I am concerned that many devout Roman Catholics are ignorant and fearful as a result that the end of the world is near. Unfortunately, the general public pays too much attention to the Talmudic Jewish media with much here-say regarding the Third Temple, red heifers and invalid sacrifices and the appearance of the false antichrists even performing false miracles.

Yes, the Jews are anxious. They should be. I, for one, am suspect that Maitreya/ Archel de la Torres is presently in the Middle East promoting himself and exhorting the Jews to believe he is their Messiah.

On the other hand, we need hope, not despair. We need to turn to Our Lady of Hope for help and trust Her resolve to crush the head of Satan under Her heal.

Also, it saddens me that Catholics are unprepared or reluctant to accept the "White" or "Red" roses of martyrdom. Like those outside the Church, they forget the "Last Four Things" and do not seek the "Eternal Prize". This is one reason why I pray the Rosary (all 15 decades).
