Catholic Declaration For Tradition

Purpose: Confirmation Reaffirmation of the Councils of Trent, Vatican I, and the Constitution "Quo Primum."
Introduction
As a Catholic apologist focused on what the Venerable Holzhauser called, “The Fifth Era” of the Church, I learned that the Blessed Virgin Mary for centuries has prophesied and warned mankind through her appointed seers/ prophets that secret sects and societies would invade the Church all the way to the top. They would promote heresies, schisms, and apostasies. Clearly, these evil “Judases” are causing our beloved Church to enter its “Passion”. They are accelerating their efforts with their “Synodal Way”. The “Sheep”, that is, the Laity, whether Novus Ordo or Traditionalist don’t know where to turn and stay put where they are.
Our Blessed Lady warns us that with the Traditional Latin Mass (TLM) suppressed, worldwide economic collapse ensues, uncivil wars worldwide will erupt, and Russia’s “Secret Army” will invade the West getting all the way to the border of Brittany (World War III in full bloom). Paris, Rome, Berlin, Prague and Budapest will be annihilated to name a few. Nations will be obliterated as per Fatima prophecies. At the height of this “Chastisement” up to three quarters of mankind will become Poor Souls who, according to Our Lady of Fatima, a majority will fall into Hell. A Pope will be martyred. Should the Warning and Miracle as prophesied at Garabandal not be sufficient, then “Three Days of Darkness” will be manifested on all mankind. This is not a prelude to the end of the world. Ultimately, the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary will succeed, and what remains of mankind will enter the “Period of Peace” promised by Our Lady of Fatima.
Note that as per Catholic prophecies, France and Italy, with England right behind, are about to enter uncivil war with World War III suddenly metastasizing. Time has run out.
Proposed Declaration
We are witnessing the virtual and absolute destruction of our Church in real time. Now is time to address this crisis before the questionable popes (Bergoglio and Prevost) succeed in the complete demolition of the institution called the Roman Catholic Church.
It is imperative that the remaining "Good Shepherds" of the Catholic Church declare officially in writing their reaffirmation and allegiance to the Council of Trent, Vatican One, and Quo Primum. It would be a simple, direct, and clear statement worldwide by such Cardinals and Bishops, Superior Generals, Pastors and even theologians, declaring their adherence to the Church's fundamental dogma/de fide teachings. The recommendation is that a Catholc Declaration For Tradition ("Tradition")be formally issued and signed by "Good Shepherds" worldwide. This Declaration must unequivocally condemn the Synodal Way. It should include a necessary corollary: the Pope and Bishop of Rome must ultimately and formally reaffirm the Dogmas and Bulls associated with the three subjects above.
Furthermore, to reaffirm Vatican One and its teachings regarding the "Primacy of the Pope" and "Papal Infallibility," this Declaration calls for the Pope to make a public, formal prayer to receive the "Munus," to authenticate his role as the Vicar of Christ to help guide the Pope in avoiding errors; thus reaffirming to all Catholics worldwide his authority and loyalty to Christ and His Church.
Recall that St. Robert Bellarmine taught that a doubtful pope is no pope. The Blessed Virgin Mary foretold, for example, to Marie-Julie Jahenny that there would be two consecutive, doubtful popes. St. Bellarmine suggested that where a pope refuses to resign despite doubts, bishops should intervene to determine the rightful pope. Well, This Declaration asserts that we unfortunately are living in this situation.
Now is the opportune time, given the division within the Sensus Fidelium, to pursue the restoration of the Church and uphold the Pre-Vatican II norms, with faithful Catholics and clergy that are silenced, dispersed, and chased away by what Rome has promulgated and still promulgates. Due to the already perpetrated evils of this ongoing crisis, which has already nearly destroyed the institutional Church, and which not only continues unabated but intensifies with each coming day, now is the time to intervene and reverse this malevolent direction, an obligation resting upon all of us, both before the world's humanity and God. This Declaration proclaims that the Good Shepherds and the Faithful Churches worldwide await with joyful hope the fulfillment of the Blessed Virgin Mary's prophecies in the arrival of the "Holy Spirit Guided Pope." The signatories of this Declaration would affirm their life and liberty, if necessary, to sustain their faith and religious obligations.
Coordinated Actions
This Declarationmust be published, translated, and circulated worldwide by Good Shepherds, including but not limited to, Cardinals and Bishops known to take exception to the Synodal Way, including the FSSPX, FSSPX Resistance, FSSPV/CSPV, CMRI, Byzantium/Uniates, African Bishops, etc., and thereafter to any other bishops, clergy, religious, and lay communities. This Declaration presently is being emailed to a select group of Good Shepherd candidates worldwide. Ultimately, such Good Shepherds need to communicate this Declaration to their parishes, explain its purpose and the necessity to act, request their parishioners' support, and assign volunteers to concrete tasks. Central management, public relations, and legal expert committees would help to deflect any distractions and attacks away from the signatories. Supporters of this Declaration must stand ready to support that effort.
Conclusion
To save the Elect, now is the time to have a coordinated action with the various and diverse entities within the Roman Catholic and Eastern Rite Churches to offer a tangible and sanctified path to the ongoing abuses instituted by Rome.
The first step is this Catholic Declaration For Tradition.
The second step is to devise a militant set of strategies and tactics to attack, via unrelenting public relations, mass communications, and all available religious services, including prayers, vigils, devotions, pilgrimages, validly formulated exorcisms, masses, and sacraments, aimed at Shepherds and Faithful, both regular and secular religious, and other believers, who cannot stand by and accept the destruction of the Catholic Church.
In closing, contemplate the following quote by St. Peter Damian: “Listen, you do-nothing superiors of clerics and priests. Listen, and even though you feel sure of yourselves, tremble at the thought that you are partners in the guilt of others; those, I mean, who wink at the sins of their subjects that need correction and who by ill-considered silence allow them license to sin. Listen, I say, and be shrewd enough to understand that all of you alike are deserving of death, that is, not only those who do such things, but also they who approve those who practice them.”
